Anthem of Inaudibility

By shouting this Anthem off key, at the top of his voice, the Bard prevents anyone, especially spell casters, to get a word in edgewise. This prevents ALL spell casting for the duration of the Anthem. (other spell components include a beer in the left hand, right hand over the heart, whilst standing.)
